Make a claim

Sign in with your MitID and register your details so we can help you faster. This is also where you should attach your doctor´s referrals and other relevant documents. If you want to get in contact with our Health Team about an existing claim, you should do this via My DSS.

Receive treatment

Registered claims are processed quickly and often from day to day. In most cases, we can approve your treatment immediately and let you know via your profile on My DSS. In other cases, we will contact you and help you move forward in the process.

Reimbursement after your treatment

The payment will be arranged directly between us and the treatment provider when you choose a provider within our network. If you choose a provider outside of our network, the payment will be arranged between you and the provider.
