How do I cancel my insurance?
The insurance can be canceled with one month's notice at the end of a month and must be done in writing to us.
You can do this by sending an email to sundhedsforsikring@ds-sundhed.dk
Can I cancel my insurance purchase?
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you purchase insurance from us.
Where can I find my policy?
You can locate your policy and insurance terms by logging into the User Portal. Here, you can get a comprehensive overview of your coverage.
Alternatively, you can find a consolidated overview here.
How can I view my company's coverage?
If you are registered as an administrator, you can access your company's coverage through the Company Portal.
Your company has also received agreements and terms, which can always be reordered.
How do I insure my family?
You can insure your family (spouse, partner, and/or children) by logging into the User Portal and enrolling them under the 'Family Overview' menu and then 'Add New Family Member.'

If you are affiliated with insurance through your workplace, the cost may depend on the specific company agreement you are affiliated with.
How long is my child covered by the insurance?
Dependent children are covered until the day they turn 21 or 24, depending on the applicable agreement.
Afterward, it is possible to take out a youth insurance policy, which covers until the insured turns 27.

I have a new job, what do I do?
If you resign from your position, we offer you the option to purchase a private insurance instead.

I am in a flex job, how am I covered?
If you are employed in a flex job or a rehabilitation job, you are also covered. However, coverage does not extend to the conditions that led to your placement in a flex or rehabilitation job. We always offer guidance, even in cases involving conditions or injuries not covered by the insurance
I have retired, what do I do?
If you retire, we offer you the option to purchase a private insurance policy under the always applicable terms and prices for private customers, without an upper age limit. Our Senior product can be subscribed to earliest at the age of 60 and latest within two years after leaving the workforce.

Why have I received a reminder?
If you have received a reminder, it may be because you haven't paid your insurance premiums on time or have possibly changed your bank.
In case of non-payment of the insurance premium, we reserve the right to terminate the insurance with 30 days' notice to the end of a month.
