Exercise your pain away at home

As our customer, you get three months of free access to the app Injurymap.

We want to help you prevent injuries. That is why we have initiated a campaign in collaboration with Injurymap, to focus on how to get rid of pain with intelligent home exercising before it is too late.

Injurymap is the app that gives you a personal rehabilitation program that is tailored to work on your injury and your body. The app is also approved for the treatment of muscle and joint pain by the Danish Medicines Agency.

The app offers treatment for over 90 different diagnoses in the neck, shoulder, elbow, back, knee, Achilles tendon, ankle, heel and foot sole.

All exercises are demonstrated on video by physiotherapists. It is enough with just 3 x 20 minutes of training per week. The app sends you reminders when it's time to train.

The app finds the right exercises for your injury and your body and takes your pain level into account.
