Our Health Team consists of experienced nurses who are at hand on week days from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m at phone no. 7020 6121.

You can also make a claim online via your profile under Mit DS-Sundhed.
Then we will call you with clarifying questions. This will most likely be on the same day or the next work-day at the latest. The password is your registered email and the code which we have sent you when you took out the insurance. If you have forgotten it then you can have it re-sent via Mit DS-Sundhed.

All claims must be made and approved before treatment begins. We do not refund costs that have not been agreed upon and pre-approved by Dansk Sundhedssikring.

Pshychological crisis assistance
Should you need acute psychological crisis counseling outside business hours, please call this number 7022 1266, or our main number for a transfer.

Wait time 
There may be wait time on the phone when many people call in simultaneously. This is typically in the mornings/mid-mornings and at the beginning of the week. If you do not have an urgent issue then the easiest time to get through to our nurses is at the end of the day – at the end of the week. You can always enter your phone number in our intelligent phone system. It ensures that you hold your priority in the phone queue and will be called up shortly after, without having to wait on the phone.

Recording of calls
All calls with Dansk Sundhedssikring are recorded, incoming as well as outgoing.
These recordings are used for quality assurance, education and documentation purposes.
Only a few trusted employees have access, and the recordings are continuously deleted and stored for a maximum of 24 months.
